An Evening to Remember!

What a beautiful evening watching the sun go low over the 101 at the Madera Restaurant in the Rosewood Hotel in Menlo Park:

The Cheval Blanc 1985 was amazing!  The colors were turning more to tile, but the aroma was pure Bordeaux heaven with layers of fruis and a hint of violets.  Perfect for drinking now, but will last another 5-10 years.
